- Helen Keller "When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives means the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a warm and tender hand." - Henri Nouwen ![]() I really appreciate the quotes from our authors today. No matter what form it takes or what duration or depth, we should be eternally grateful for the friendship we have found, and do find. Likewise we should realize that even the little things we do for friendship sake, whether or not they are returned in kind, have tremendous meaning in this world. Take a moment and expand your own definition of friendship and then look at your life again. I think you might find that there is a lot more to be grateful for!
