WEO Media Pricing Updates and Move to ACH Billing

We hope this letter finds your office well. We know your office has faced increased costs due to inflation and other factors. WEO Media strives to constantly innovate to provide great services while keeping costs down. However, several factors are moving us to make the first general price adjustment in the company’s history.
•  Economic Adjustment: General Inflation – WEO has absorbed increased costs to provide some services of 30% or more along with increased team costs.
•  Specialized Security for Dental Practices – WEO Media successfully defends against thousands of hacking attempts a day. This number has exponentially increased over the past few years. To keep our websites and systems safeguarded from the increasing attacks WEO increased staff to actively monitor incoming threats, internally programs/updates multiple levels of security and alert systems, and employs new third-party services to ensure we and our clients remain protected.
•  Google – WEO Media leads the dental industry in the value provided for your SEO dollar. However, your competition is not standing still and we are finding that we need to broaden our efforts to continue to outrank and beat your competition. We are expanding our SEO levels to better serve clients in large cities and where competition is unusually high.
Due to these factors, pricing adjustments will take place with the August 1, 2024 billing. We are taking a thoughtful approach to the coming changes. Evaluating each service we provide, standardizing service levels, and making the needed adjustments. The total monthly adjustment for each office will vary depending on services being utilized.

ACH payments. Credit card fees have continued to increase and to eliminate these fees we are in the final stages of ACH payment testing/implementation. This will allow WEO Media to bill payments via ACH transaction as a substitute to credit card payments. We will be sending out forms for the office to participate in ACH payments in advance of the payment option going live. We will also provide a reasonable transition period post launch for offices to make the switch. For offices continuing to pay with a credit card after the transition period, WEO will start passing through a 4% credit card fee. Be watching for future announcements regarding how to sign up and the timing of ACH payment availability.

We understand inflation has been challenging and we don’t want to put your office in a bad position, which is why we are proactively communicating and will be providing ACH billing option to keep fees down.
