Facebook recently launched an ad option that has the power to easily convert mobile viewers to active patients with the simple click of a button. In a recent rollout, Facebook gave businesses the option of mobile ads with strong "call now" actions.These actions, in the form of a call now button that displays on your ads, are the easiest and simplest ways for mobile patients to see your ad and then follow through by reaching out to you. Without a call now button, your ad would link to your website and/or your facebook page forcing the user to go through three or even four clicks before getting what they need; a way to contact your office. Every click that's necessary to complete an action is a potential drop off point for that visitor. Having a call now button eliminates those clicks. Instead of directing them to another site, they are instead presented with the option to call immediately. The easier it is for a potential patient, the more likely they are to follow through. That's human nature. Although you'll still have reason to send them to your site or page for other types of information, a strong call to action on your ads will help your patient conversion especially when you target mobile patients.
