Ian leads WEO Media's sales, marketing, and business development activities. He brings over 18 years combined experience in technology, business development, sales, marketing , and operations.

Earlier in his career Ian spent a combined 10 years working for high-tech companies Siltronic and Xerox. While at Siltronic he was awarded the prestigious Presidential Award for Outstanding Achievement. Eventually Ian left Xerox to co-found (with Cory) a very successful regional business and marketing consulting firm. After dozens of successful consulting engagements Ian left consulting to co-found WEO Media.
Ian has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University. He was also a graduate of the University Honors Program. In addition, he received an MBA from the University of Washington.

Cory leads the operations team at WEO Media. He brings over 18 years combined experience in technology, business consulting, marketing, and operations.
Cory began his career at Intel Corp where he served as a key member of the competitive marketing team. Cory received 12 awards of the divisional level or higher while at Intel and many of Cory's engineering and marketing innovations are still used at Intel today. After 10 years at Intel Cory left the company to co-found (with Ian) a very successful regional business and marketing consulting firm. After dozens of successful consulting engagements Cory left the consulting world to co-found WEO Media.
Cory has a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Washington.
Co-Founder, Partner - Software & Technology Development
Mark is the chief architect of all software & technology development, and manages the technical staff. He brings over 22 years experience in the high-tech industry with companies such as Microsoft, Intel, and Intersolv (Merant/Serena).
Mark created the Media Management software platform that WEO Media uses to provide outstanding marketing services to our clients. This sophisticated platform contains over 1 Million lines of code, and gives WEO Media a unique advantage in the dental marketing space. Mark co-founded WEO Media with Ian and Cory.
Mark has a BS in Computer Science from Oregon State University. He has also completed graduate work in Computational Finance from the Oregon Graduate Institute.

Dr. Lou Shuman serves as a leading authority in the dental industry with leading manufacturers. He is the Chairman of the WEO Media Technology Advisory Board and a member of the Clinical Advisory Boards and Editorial Boards at Dentistry Today, Dental Products Report, Dental Practice Report, The Progressive Dentist, Seattle Sleep Education LLC, Orthodontic Practice US, The Progressive Orthodontist, as well as the Managing Editor of Dental Sleep Practice Journal. He is the only dentist who has been selected both as a Top CE Leader in Dentistry and a Leader in Dental Consulting by Dentistry Today magazine.
Dr. Shuman is the creator of the prestigious Cellerant Best of Class Awards, an unbiased nonprofit initiative that in conjunction with the leading technology experts in the field, selects annually the most important technologies in the industry.
